1. Are you a reliable company and can I trust you?

2. How fast can you purchase my home?
Typically in a usual case it takes up to 14 days to exchange contracts, however depending on the purchase it may take up to 28 days from receiving the written offer.

3. What is the typical percentage of my homes value will I receive?
It all depends on the condition of your home and what the location is. However we will typically pay up to 85% of market value. Our market value is based on a RICS surveyors report.

4. What types of property do you buy?
We will buy most types of residential and commercial property.

5. What will you offer me for my home?
We offer very competitive prices that are below market value. Please be aware of other companies that, on the face of it, offer very high percentage rates based on the value of the property. Sometimes these values can be artificially lower than market value.

6. Where do you buy properties?
We generally buy all over the UK, except Scotland. Our head office is in Leeds, but we have satellite offices throughout the UK.
